Spicy Prawns & Singapore Noodles

Classic, spicy seafood & noodle dish.


  • ½ green capsicum cut into strips 2 tbs oil
  • ½ large onion sliced 2 slices ginger, shredded
  • 400gms peeled green prawns, tails on


  • 1 garlic clove, chopped 1 or 2 fresh red chillies, seeded and sliced
  • ½ can baby corn spears, chopped 1tbs sweet chilli sauce
  • 2 ½ tbs Hoisin sauce 2x175 pkts Singapore noodles


Heat oil in a wok and stir-fry capsicum and onion for 90 secs, set aside.

Stir-fry prawns with ginger, garlic and chillies for 1 minute, add corns and noodles followed by capsicum and onion..

Add the sauces and 3 tbs of water.

Stir-fry for 2 minutes and serve.



Serve hot with extra chilli sauce to taste.
